Holiday Inn South Kingstown-Newport Area, an IHG Hotel

Plenty of green space to walk my dog around the property. There was a lovely pool area, another patio section with tables and chairs and also tables and chairs set up in the yard which I thought was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and very clean, but the pool was way too chlorinated - too strong of smell and I wasn't comfortable going in. I also tried calling room service and the restaurant to order food a few times with no answer. Location is convenient with a few stores and restaurants close by and an average 10-20 minute drive to everything around town. It was also nice to have a coffee and tea station every day in the main lobby, and was able to restock coffee and bottled water every day for the room.

Centrally located to the places I needed to go.

rooms were modern and clean, loved the choice of firm or soft pillows that were labeled-so comfy. it was so quiet. it was nice not to hear any traffic

This is a great place to stay especially for the price. Beds were comfortable, A/C worked great on a 90 degree day, shower good, nice pool and outdoor area. Free morning coffee was very good and the full breakfast is worth booking with the room. Cudos to the lady who kept the morning coffee jugs filled! We went to the wonderful Narragansett beaches only a few minutes from here.
